Is the online ordering add-on available on an annual basis too (i.e. if I opted for the annual website plan)?

The online ordering add-on is only available as a monthly plan. You still can use it along with your website’s annual plan though. This means that you will be billed yearly for your website, and monthly for the online ordering add-on.
